Lorena Tomb
CEO & Founder

Lorena Tomb is a Los Angeles–based commercial real estate broker and founder of URBANLIME Real Estate, specializing in retail, hospitality, nightlife, and adaptive reuse properties throughout Southern California. Since entering the industry in 2011, she has built a reputation for identifying unique opportunities and helping shape some of Los Angeles’ most dynamic restaurant, entertainment, wellness, and lifestyle destinations.

With a deep understanding of culture-driven real estate, Lorena focuses on leasing and selling character-rich properties ranging from historic buildings and creative office campuses to boutique hospitality and experiential retail concepts. Her expertise includes food & beverage leasing, liquor-license transactions, and adaptive reuse projects across neighborhoods including the Arts District, Hollywood, Silver Lake, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Highland Park.

Lorena studied at the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University before completing a postgraduate program in real estate investments at University of California, Los Angeles. Having lived in multiple countries and speaking multiple languages, she brings an international perspective and relationship-driven approach to her work.

Outside of real estate, Lorena enjoys hiking, traveling, music, dancing, DJing, and exploring hidden gems with her family — experiences that continue to shape her appreciation for hospitality, design, and meaningful spaces.

 

Dan Fagan
Executive Vice President

With over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate specializing in retail and hospitality, Dan has brokered deals and consulted for top-tier restaurateurs, Michelin Chefs, high-profile Billionaire executives in California, across the US and around the world. Dan is uniquely qualified in hospitality having 22 years hands-on experience in every facet of the restaurant, bar and hospitality industry including as an operator and owner/operator of locations on both the east and west coasts.

In addition to assisting clients in acquiring new properties via purchase or lease, Dan and his team work with A-List talent and executives in entertainment and hospitality providing customized property brokerage, analysis and consulting services through his Private Client Group.

Dan holds a B.S. from Rutgers University in Management and International Finance. He is a member of the Pacific Mariners Yacht Club, a frequent boxer and lifelong Bruce Springsteen super fan.

 
 

Lanné Bennett
Executive Vice President - National Accounts 

Lanné Bennett is a highly accomplished Executive Vice President for National Accounts With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Lanné divides her time between LA and South Florida and is well-traveled, considering herself a student of the world.

Her expertise spans various aspects of the real estate industry, including working with landlords and tenants in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. She has recently expanded her scope to international projects, working with a diverse range of clients and concepts, many of which are under non-disclosure agreements due to their proprietary nature.

Prior to her current role, Lanné held senior positions at prominent companies such as Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), Starwood Retail Partners, Starwood Capital, Cypress Equities, Steiner and Associates, Colonial Properties Trust, and Glimcher Realty Trust. Madison Marquette has also been among her clients.

During her tenure at Starwood Retail Partners and Starwood Capital, Lanné played key roles in underwriting, purchasing, and formulating investment theses for over $7 billion in assets. She was also instrumental in a $10 billion capital raise for Starwood Capital. Her comprehensive knowledge of major markets across the US is unparalleled.

Lanné's skill set encompasses Location Based Entertainment (LBE) and immersive, competitive socialization tenant representation, national tenant representation roll outs and expert in the food and beverage segment, investment thesis development, redevelopment strategies, place-making, merchandising, leasing, special projects, assignments, and analytics. In addition to her corporate roles, she and her husband owned and managed Gooeyz Gourmet Melt Sandwiches, a fast-casual restaurant with live music on THE Ohio State University's campus.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from THE Ohio State University, where she also showcased her leadership skills, time management and athleticism as a D1 Varsity Cheerleader. With such a diverse background and extensive experience, Lanné Bennett is undoubtedly a leader in the commercial real estate industry.

 

Zoey Granott
Senior Vice President

Zoey Granott is a Los Angeles–based commercial real estate professional at URBANLIME Real Estate, specializing in retail, hospitality, and lifestyle-driven real estate throughout Southern California. Her work focuses on identifying emerging opportunities and connecting brands, operators, and landlords in some of Los Angeles’ most dynamic neighborhoods.

With a strong pulse on evolving retail and consumer trends, Zoey is actively involved in leasing and sales across urban corridors including Silver Lake, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the Arts District. She works closely with restaurant, fashion, wellness, and experiential retail concepts, helping clients navigate site selection, expansion strategy, and creative dealmaking opportunities.

Known for her collaborative and relationship-oriented approach, Zoey brings energy, market insight, and attention to detail to every transaction. Her passion for hospitality, design, and culture-driven concepts aligns closely with URBANLIME’s focus on creating meaningful and impactful spaces throughout Los Angeles.

 

Tyler Del Re
Senior Vice President

Tyler Del Re is a Los Angeles–based commercial real estate broker at URBANLIME Real Estate, specializing in retail, hospitality, entertainment, and adaptive reuse properties throughout Southern California. Since 2008, Tyler has advised restaurateurs, hospitality groups, landlords, and developers across Los Angeles, with a focus on landlord and tenant representation in retail and hospitality leasing.

His experience spans restaurant, nightlife, experiential retail, and mixed-use projects across key Los Angeles neighborhoods including the Arts District, Hollywood, Silver Lake, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Downtown Los Angeles. Prior to joining URBANLIME, Tyler worked within the entertainment and hospitality division of a boutique commercial real estate firm before later working alongside a retail developer on the acquisition, entitlement, and leasing of grocery-anchored shopping centers.

Known for his attention to detail, market knowledge, and relationship-driven approach, Tyler has built a reputation for helping clients identify strategic opportunities and successfully navigate complex transactions. He was awarded the Gold Award for Best Land Lease Deal in 2024 and was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the brokers featured in “Who’s Brokering LA.”

 

Richard Cheng
Vice President

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Richard prides himself in his unparalleled commitment to his clients. Richard specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation and is consistently innovating fresh strategies to assist his clients in accomplishing their objectives.

With his expertise in the retail and hospitality sector, Richard offers valuable insight and analysis to his clients on market trends and new opportunities in high growth markets.

 

Julie Chavez
Associate Vice President

Julie Chavez is a passionate and self-motivated professional in the commercial real estate industry. Julie joined URBANLIME Real Estate in 2018 to assist with marketing and communication. Since then, Julie has remained active in the market, focusing on leasing, tenant and landlord representation, and asset sales. Julie takes pride in her strong interpersonal skills and commitment to her clients. She has a genuine interest in helping others: and as a result, provides exceptional customer service and has built lasting relationships with her clients.

Rana Kheradmandan
Associate

Rana Kheradmandan is a Los Angeles native representing tenants and landlords throughout Southern California, advising on leasing, acquisitions, and market strategy. She brings a strong corporate real estate background from her time at Tesla, where she helped expand the company’s EV charging network by partnering with national tenants and local developers from site selection through build-out. Negotiating complex lease structures and coordinating multi-market projects sharpened her ability to structure deals strategically and execute with precision. Combined with her strong local network, she delivers disciplined execution and measurable value for her clients.
